We bought two CyCrown bikes (cycverve all-terrain ebikes) that we absolutely love. They're beautiful, comfortable, and of very good quality. ♥️I recently needed to contact customer service about a suspicious noise coming from the motor of one of our bikes.After writing to Cycrown service, I received immediate support from Audrey, who asked questions to find out what the problem was. I sent a short video showing the noise! They immediately decided to send me a brand new motor for free.I received it just a few days later. ❤️ The excellent service I received will make us loyal Cycrown customers, and I will always refer their wonderful bike and product. I bought this e-bike in December 2024 and my son uses this bike for his regular commute to school and other activities. One of the best e-bikes in the market. He loves his bike. Very reliable and sturdy. I definitely recommend to buy this bike. Excellent value for money
First time buying an electric bike and the back tire popped before i even had it two weeks! i messaged Cycrown and asked them what they can do? They offered to send me a free replacement tire and im just waiting to get it! Good bike good service.
