It's Getting Worse !!Visited there today to pick up the remnants of our Christmas Decorations from the container - I'm now at a severe possibility of grounding my car !!Today (without a load in the boot) my rear mud flaps scrapped the ground as I negotiated th Pot Holes..Punters beware !!!

We received excellent customer service from Tim at the Torquay site throughout the time we rented a self storage unit. The site is very well kept and the people very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this very secure site for self storage.
I have rented a storage unit from Dainton in Torquay for around 5 years now. Best place by far in terms of storage. The unit itself was a good size, well kept, clean inside and is built to survive all weather conditions and protect goods stored inside. The site itself was always kept clean and tidy. Always saw staff continually keeping it this way. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The company recommend an insurance company which I used. Easy to set up and charged at a good rate. The site is very secure, electric gates, key fobs, 2 locks on each unit, cameras everywhere. In comparison to similar companies the price I was charged each month was very cheap, especially when you consider the peace of mind you get with using this company over others because of all the great points listed above. I have no recommendations for how they could improve at all they were that good!
Over and beyond the call of duty is our lasting impression of all the personell at the St.Austell site. We posed some unusual storage problems which they took in they stride and solved at most reasonable cost ! The aura of the establishment extrudes efficiency and on top of that they are lovely people to deal with. Rather a trite phrase but wholeheartedly recommended. 5 out of 5
