I checked out a few storage places and Dainton were by far the best of the lot! . I was made to feel welcome and any questions were answered professionally and quickly . I signed up and every detail was explained to me and I came away knowing I had made the right decision. ( This was proven when Tim helped me move my van when it broke down on site ! ) The site is easy to access and is very secure. Recommended 👍
Apart from the very clean units and competitive pricing, it is Tim the manager at the Torquay branch who made our experience special. Such a nice friendly guy who went out of his way to help us. He spent a lot of time making sure the units we needed became available and was so helpful. Oh, and I still think he looks a bit like a troublesome minor member of the Royal Family! And it's not Harry. Just don't tell Tim I said so !!!
Professional, welcoming, organised and structured. The site, storage units and facilities were consistently kept meticulously clean with a reassuring feel of constant vigilance and was heavily camered. The facilities were always made available to us. I used Dainton for nearly a year and found the service very professional & courteous. the whole site was kept very clean and, with a fob, access was pretty much 24/7.We were renovating our house and needed to store most of our contents.Would certainly recommend and would use again.Thank-you Ian at the Paignton site.
