There was lots of communication and information available which made the process simple and to know all the costs involved I mainly dealt with Ian who was really helpful, cheerful and with a smile to greet me!!! Our storage option was perfect for us which we only needed for a few months and a reasonable price. It was always ready for us to access when we asked (notice is appreciated) and kept dry and safe. Overall a really positive experience in all aspects of the buisness👍
I can’t rate Dainton Barnstable highly enough. Everyone has been so kind, friendly and helpful. On moving my stuff in, they looked after myself and my dad and went above and beyond to make sure the movers got my belongings in safely and swiftly. They accommodated for everything I needed and I’ve heard nothing but positive things from everyone involved about how good they were! Every time I went in to ask questions, they were always happy to help and always seemed chirpy! Thank you - you really made my moving experience so much easier.

I've been using the Newport storage in Maesglas for 2 years now. The main recommendation I want to make is the service and support I have received from Paul the manager. I often need access when on my own (I have restricted use of one of my arms) and Paul is always more than happy to help me both with opening and closing my unit, no matter how busy he is! He always asks if can help further and offers advice about the best way to store my furniture and boxes. The unit is easy to get access to, and I can go there whenever without giving notice. The area around the unit and throughout the site as far as I can see, is well kept, clean and tidy. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.
We came by Dainton by chance and Caroline certainly got us out of trouble. Dainton gave 50% off for two months and more importantly gave us the space we so desperately needed. Clean surroundings, a handy lift to get up the stairs. Give em a go.
