There are two things currently missing on the site - warranty information (how to send something if anything happens) and item processing information on a site (emails of the processing status are ok though, just don't give the same confidence).

12 days after order day. No delivery, no reply from support. It was written, that delivery will take 5-7 days. I still don't know, is it a scam, or just bad customer service.
