I bought the magic laser tape measure. It doesn’t work! The laser will not turn on or the measure in window. To use it as just a tape measure it is not very good. I bought this for the laser leveling feature and it doesn’t work. I do not recommend this item.
I have been attempting to contact the company regarding my order for weeks. They claimed it was shipped and is somewhere in NY. I ordered these items for Christmas, yet they still haven't arrived, and now it's January. They do not respond to the number listed on their site; it's just a recording, and they send generic messages about the order being delayed, despite my numerous urgent inquiries. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences.
