Hello,I ordered(#13862) a phone (Google pixel 7 pro) from them in december 2023 . Got it and the sound was crackling so sent it to them for repair with video what the problem was. Got it back a few MONTHs later and the problem was still there. I got the answer that the repair tean didnt find anything wrong. Costumer support asked to send a video of the probleem again and to send it again to repair so i did... Again a few months have passed. Aa i asked may 7 how far was the repair i got and answer it should be done nt 9th of may and they Will let me know then. After that i have sent emails to the support many times but now answer. I think i got scammed.. it 22 of may. I bought the phone for a christmas present lol ... Update: its 5th of june and still no info about the phone
