After my vehicle broke down, Endurance wouldn't pay for the repairs since it was farm plated. Couldn't convince anyone that it's just my go to town vehicle, its a 1/2 ton pickup not a work truck. Have 3 other 1 tons to do the work. What a joke, canceled my policy and still changing my credit card too. If I could give them a zero I would.
When I first bought my car, I made sure to get endurance warranty 3-4 months go by, there starts to be a trans fluid leak from the pan and gasket.... I take it to the shop and it gets denied even though in my warranty it says it's covered then shortly after I take it back and the shop said I need a new transmission now.. inspector came and denied it as well and the reason is because the fluid in trans was not maintained but how do you matiain it when it leaks out mind you it was sitting at the shop for 2 weeks waiting for inspector to come inspect to approve or deny the claim which they denied it. It had fluids when I had it towed and I've spent sooooo much on trans fluid making sure it's never empty but for them to take 2 weeks to go inspect it then deny my claim and now I'm just out of a car that I had a warranty I was paying on monthly. Never again. Makes no sense, at all.
If I could rate this company as a zero I would. DO NOT DO NOT trust them. I purchase a warranty for my 2021 Hyundai. I started having issues with what felt like transmission slipping. I took it to a Hyundai dealership. I was told there was a crack in the oil housing unit, and the transmission was starting to slip in higher gears.
Endurance sent out an adjuster to inspect the vehicle. They inspected the incorrect vehicle the first time then had to come back out again. They denied all claims on repairs, saying the transmission fluid was low and leaking (which the dealership said was not). I have a video of the dealer inspection showing the transmission fluid was full and not leaking.
Customer service said they would not talk to us about the claim, the dealership had to call in. The dealership would call and they were told we needed to contact them (Endurance).
After the dealership and I both called Endurance several times I was informed that they would not reevaluate the claim.
Customer service was not helpful when I would call in. They just read the notes and said there was nothing they could do.
The service manager of the dealership called and offered to have them come back out and look at it or he could send a video. They said no because the claim was denied and closed and they would not reconsider.
They will do anything to get out of paying a claim.
The worst experience I've ever had with a company, almost two months of back and forth between the mechanic and endurance. Endurance has looked for every possible reason to not cover my claim. They now say i drove the car knowing there was an issue after claiming i drove the truck to the mechanic, completely false, even after providing towing records. Untrustworthy and do not hold up there end of the contract
We took our vehicle in for repairs and after more than two weeks, we were informed that the insurance was inadequate, which we were misled about at the outset. BE CAUTIOUS, as they would not cover the necessary repairs. We will definitely share our experience about how we wasted our funds on this. As seniors, every dollar counts! Save your money and avoid this unreliable insurance; you’d be better off saving it!
I bought a vehicle service contract from a warranty provider for an Audi S5 with just 11,000 miles, hoping for a seamless experience. Unfortunately, the process was filled with unnecessary complications. After selling the vehicle, I reached out in January to cancel the policy. I was instructed to fill out cancellation paperwork and have it notarized, which seemed excessive for a straightforward cancellation. I sent the completed, notarized form on January 15, receiving a read receipt as confirmation. After that, I followed up with the company multiple times. On several occasions, I was promised someone would respond, but I never heard back. When I finally managed to connect with someone on January 22, I was informed they had no record of my submission, despite the confirmation of delivery. The poor communication and conflicting information made this process incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. What should have been a simple cancellation turned into a series of follow-ups, delays, and lost time. Given my experience, I would highly advise seeking warranty coverage elsewhere.
I wish I could give zero stars. While the company excels at selling contracts, they fall short when it comes to handling significant issues with your vehicle. My turbocharger assembly had a seized wastegate that required replacement. The company claimed it wasn't a covered part. However, my Secure Plus coverage clearly listed the 'Turbocharger housing and all internally lubricated parts' as covered. They argued that the wastegate isn't a 'lubricated' part. I provided evidence from the dealership and the manufacturer confirming that the wastegate is indeed an internally lubricated part of the turbocharger and cannot be purchased separately. Despite this, they continued to deny my claim and refused to give any written documentation regarding the claim or denial, citing company policy. Their business approach seems to be focused on denying substantial claims. A quick look at the BBB reviews shows numerous complaints, and I've even joined a class action against them.
Completely unacceptable experience. I shared a review about my elderly father's recent situation regarding his claim for the engine failure of his vehicle. He has consistently maintained it and rarely drives it, yet he ensures oil changes are done as scheduled. It's disheartening that despite his investment in protection, his claim was rejected. The response to my review provided a contact number that my father and sister had already used, speaking to several representatives who all gave the same unhelpful reply without addressing the issue. It's frustrating to feel like you're going in circles when you've done everything possible, only to be disappointed.
As the holder of an expensive warranty for a high-performance vehicle, I have encountered numerous issues. While the company has paid on my claims, the amounts have been significantly lower than my repair costs. My mechanics have informed me that this is due to the company's policy of covering only aftermarket parts, which they advise against using due to their inferior quality. I urge anyone with a performance car to be cautious; you may not receive suitable parts for your vehicle.
Additionally, the contract's promises regarding reimbursements for rental cars and hotel stays may not align with reality. During a recent repair for a failed fuel pump while traveling, I had to rent a vehicle and pay for hotel accommodations. Although my policy states I should be reimbursed for necessary rentals and lodging, the company denied my claim because the labor took less than eight hours, despite my week-long wait for the replacement part. While I disagree with their interpretation of the contract on this matter, I find it unworthy of legal action. It's simply very disappointing.
I needed repairs on my vehicle and it took the service six days to send someone to the shop for verification. They denied my claim because there was a scanner/tuner in my glovebox, without checking if it was used on my vehicle. After multiple calls to the Claims Department, a supervisor finally returned my call and blamed my wheels and tires. When I inquired how that could affect the issue, he claimed it disqualified me from coverage due to potential discrepancies with my odometer. I pointed out that the wheel/tire size matches the original diameter, but he mentioned there could be a 2% difference. When I pressed him on how that relates to my issue, he admitted it doesn't, yet refused to reconsider my claim.

When your auto manufacturer’s warranty is about to run out or has run out, you’re responsible for any mechanical breakdowns your vehicle incurs. That can lead to thousands of dollars in auto repairs. Endurance can shield you from those high costs with a vehicle protection plan that will pay the mechanic directly for parts and labor.
