Cancelling the service is almost impossible. They only allow cancellations through email, if that option is available at all. The support team does not respond to cancellation requests, and they continue to charge you while ignoring all attempts to cancel. This service feels fraudulent.
CANCELLING THE SERVICE IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. THEY ONLY ALLOW CANCELLATION VIA EMAIL, IF THAT OPTION EVEN EXISTS. THE SUPPORT TEAM DOES NOT RESPOND TO CANCELLATION REQUESTS, CONTINUING TO CHARGE YOU WHILE IGNORING ALL PLEAS TO CANCEL. THIS SERVICE FEELS FRAUDULENT.
Disappointing results at a high cost. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I received an email from support guiding me on training a product. However, after spending a significant amount of money based on their advice, the results remained poor, even with multiple images from different angles. I reached out to support again but received no response, leading me to find a better app that meets all my needs. I have unused credits left here but have no interest in using them due to anticipated poor outcomes.
I have been charged for services I didn't use, and credits I purchased have vanished from my account. I generated images that consumed my credits but never loaded. I reached out to customer support but received no response. My next step will be to contact my bank's fraud department.
