Ordered sneakers on the 8th of Jan, no updates and can’t even find my order when I log into my account. A few weeks later I still have no idea where my shoes are. Would love some information on my tracking number, this is ver frustrating.
SCAM!!Ordered on Jan 7. No shipping, no tracking, nothing. After a week I contacted them, and only after complaining the order was suddenly marked as “shipped.”Now, two weeks later, the tracking still doesn’t work and there is still no real shipment visibility.Contradictory stories about logistics, fake shipping confirmations, and zero transparency.Very unprofessional and unreliable business practice. Would not recommend.
More than one month has passed since the order was placed, and it has still not been delivered.Order D41516, placed on January 23rd.Since January 28th, the company has repeatedly stated that the order is “on its way”. However, over three weeks have elapsed without any delivery, tracking update, or credible information regarding the shipment.I have formally requested a refund, which has not been processed, and the company has since ceased all communication, ignoring further emails entirely.This behavior demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for the customer, and constitutes an unacceptable failure to fulfill contractual obligations.Based on this experience, I consider the service to be unreliable and the handling of my order highly concerning.I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
