I have been using this company for years and must have spent £1000s with them. However they sent their most recent order via DPD who seem to have trouble finding my front door! Looks like I will have to look elsewhere.
Excellent service, delay in order out of Smoke Kings hands as it's down to a pathetic excuse fom DPD for not delivering on time - they said it was "weather confitions" which it isn't as it's a bright sunny morning and no snow, rain, wind or anything in the 20 or so miles from Smoke King to Ossett,
Delivery fee refunded without issues and advice given on what to do if there's further delays.
Brilliant service very friendly. Absolute pleasure dealing with a company that treats customers with respect.
I'm an erratic order person but no matter the supply always gets through within 24 hours. Like the last time I'm enjoying the Italiano with my first coffee of the day. Perfect, chocolate piece also.
