Caution is advised; the warranties provided seem unreliable. A little over a year after my EV charger installation, the company claimed my '5-year unconditional workmanship warranty' was now void. There is nothing in my contract that supports this change. They stated that since the manufacturer replaced the unit under a warranty, they could no longer cover the installation. Their inadequate customer support forced me to deal directly with the manufacturer multiple times. It is astonishing to be penalized for seeking warranty repair in the manner they confirmed would be followed. This company has shown a significant absence of accountability.
