I was supposed to get something called…

I was supposed to get something called gelato. In the picture online it looked like something quite decent.. On receiving this product all the hairs are brown and the squishy little buds have no scent whatsoever other than deadness. The free sample that accompanied this brown bud is of better quality but still looks like the thc has been extracted in some unhuman way ??
