In short, it was a terrible experience. The service provided low-quality items, and getting a refund was a lengthy struggle. I spent around 500 EUR on several items, and the issues started: poor clothing quality, incorrect sizing, difficulties with returns, and weeks of silence from the store. My return package was lost due to incorrect address details provided by the service. I was left with no guidance, and after nearly two months, I received my refund. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
I placed an order on November 25th. The only update I received was on December 3rd, stating it had been dispatched. Tracking showed a label was created, but the package wasn't handed to the courier. I made multiple follow-ups but received only automated replies. Customer support is nonexistent, and my items were intended as Christmas gifts. It looks like this year's Christmas is ruined. I'm seriously contemplating canceling my order, which I expect will lead to more issues with getting a refund.
I bought a puffer coat for around €400 and followed the care instructions precisely. After washing, the filling clumped in some areas and was empty in others, ruining the coat.
