Significant service issues

There are major problems with the service. I ordered a pair of sneakers, and despite seeing stock availability, I received neither the shoes nor a refund. The support team has been unresponsive to my inquiries.

Subpar quality and customer service

In short, it was a terrible experience. The service provided low-quality items, and getting a refund was a lengthy struggle. I spent around 500 EUR on several items, and the issues started: poor clothing quality, incorrect sizing, difficulties with returns, and weeks of silence from the store. My return package was lost due to incorrect address details provided by the service. I was left with no guidance, and after nearly two months, I received my refund. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Christmas plans ruined

I placed an order on November 25th. The only update I received was on December 3rd, stating it had been dispatched. Tracking showed a label was created, but the package wasn't handed to the courier. I made multiple follow-ups but received only automated replies. Customer support is nonexistent, and my items were intended as Christmas gifts. It looks like this year's Christmas is ruined. I'm seriously contemplating canceling my order, which I expect will lead to more issues with getting a refund.

Disappointing service for the price

I bought a puffer coat for around €400 and followed the care instructions precisely. After washing, the filling clumped in some areas and was empty in others, ruining the coat. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that since I purchased it over two years ago, they couldn't assist me. I received no support or advice, just a generic response. I eventually managed to fix the coat myself, but it shouldn't have come to that. Brands in this price range should offer better support. I will not buy from this service again.

Poor quality and service

I had a bad experience with this service. I own several items, and the high prices do not reflect the quality. A dress I bought started pilling after two wears, and a shirt's collar stretched out after the first wear. I attempted to return a defective item under warranty, but they only offered partial refunds. Despite accepting their offer weeks ago, I have received no sign of a refund. I expected more from such a reputed brand.
