Terrible experience; for the second time in a row, I buy an item that, not only doesn't get shipped, but the next day it is still online and 250eur more expensive! Impossible to have a proper answer from the customer support. I am now left hoping that the item will be shipped and won't be bought by someone else at a higher price.
Ridiculous. Totally to avoid if you want to save yourself money and disappointment.
Great price to quality ratio and nice selection of jewelery but the in store experience did not feel very 'special' and created a setting where I would be willing to spend several thousands of euros on the spot.
The purchase, a high value item meant as a Christmas gift, was agreed before purchase to be shipped same day in order for delivery before Christmas. However for an undisclosed reason the seller neglected to ship until four days later. Even then they still could have made it in time but where inconsiderate to their own delay and only shipped with a basic service instead of the quickest available. As a result the shipment did not arrive in time as agreed and in time to be gifted.
I couldn’t have found a more perfect vintage, unique ring. The service and selection is top notched. I initially wanted a different ring but knew this was the one when I put it on. Thank you to 58 Facettes for your selection, patience and service. Merci beaucoup!
I ordered an antique bracelet for 6500 euros in celebration of the holidays. After 10 days I called FedEx and was told it never arrived to me because FedEx had a lack of proper documentation from 58 and was being shipped back to the seller. The seller reached out to me directly, 58 did not. The seller informed me and 58 that the bracelet was back in their possession. 58 did not contact me even after numerous attempts to reach out. Then they told me (even after the seller said they had it) it still hadn't arrived, so they couldn't process my refund. A different 58 member told me the refund had been processed and is now the responsibility of Stripe. Very poor communication and process, lack of transparency, and honestly the worst/stressful experience I've had. I've bought many jewelry pieces from other places and have never had a complaint. I'm still waiting to get more clarity from 58 and my refund. I would not recommend 58 and do not plan on purchasing here again.
Bought a Cartier Santos watch, and according to the advertisement the watch should come with original box and papers. However, when I opened the package, the box was wrapped in a silly 58 Facettes box. I repeatedly contacted the seller upon which they promised me to call me back, never happened. After 5 days, I received an email stating they ‘found’ the box and papers and will ship asap. Obviously I returned the watch back to sender. Never found myself in such an unprofessional situation when buying luxury goods. I even question the originality of the goods. I won’t ever buy again, but please treat your future customers how they should be treated.
