I contacted the support team after my son's trigger broke just a week after he got it. We tried to disassemble the item to fix it ourselves and I was merely hoping for a disassembly video. To my surprise, they sent a replacement instead. I was not expecting that, and it was incredibly kind of them. My son was overjoyed when I informed him that a new one was on the way, and we are eagerly awaiting its arrival 😊. The customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

I had a frustrating experience. I had to plead for a refund for a product that was never shipped. I ordered two training devices for my family. After months of waiting and tracking, only one arrived. The items were paid for together. Offering store credit is nice, but not when the original order wasn’t fulfilled. I’d rather have my refund. The item I did receive is great.
I ordered a pistol, and the delivery was prompt, even during the holiday season. I had an issue with some shells that came with the gun, but they quickly sent a new set that works perfectly.
