We got a Shell Ejecting Dart Blaster for my son’s birthday. The rifle is cool looking and the clever shell ejecting mechanism gives it a realistic feel. The scope came damaged (couldn’t be attached properly) but they sent a replacement part and it works fine now. Quick communication and no fuzz. Would buy from them again.
We originally bought the toy for a birthday present, but govt shutdown issues caused that shipment to be lost. These guys immediately sent me another when I asked about the first one. So, we haven’t tested it yet as it’s meant for Christmas now, but the customer service is phenomenal.
Delivery sent from china warehouse got returned to sender twise. Had to request delivery from UK - that parcel made it through customs and was delivered - almost two months after I placed the order. OK product, but china delivery is a hassel.
Despite paying for express delivery, the item wasn't received until a week later. No communication was received, and I only got an update after I contacted the company. I'm a support worker and ordered this item on behalf of the person I support. We have had no offer of a refund for the amount paid for express delivery.
Pretty disappointed. The Block 17 is a great concept but it didn’t work. I emailed asking how to resolve the issue and got a response to send a video of it not working which I did immediately but that was 3 days ago and I haven’t had a response since. Edit to add, the company never responded after that one response.
