Review Time
My child opened his Block 17 pistol for Christmas and it didn’t work. The trigger and slide both malfunctioned by sticking. I immediately sent an email to request it be replaced or refunded and to-date the issue remains ignored. Disappointing.
Well, to begin, my tracking number wasn't correct and I thought my items were being delivered to someone unknown, even after asking multiple times for correct tracking information. When we received our items, the packaging to one was extremely busted. Luckily the item was fine. One of the fidget mini guns was great, two seemed to stop working effectively after a few hours of play. Overall, I expected better, but the product is still pretty cool. Also, shipping took 3 weeks.
I ordered 6 of them”Lego” style guns for Christmas. I only received 5 and when I emailed them they immediately sent me the final one. It came in time for Christmas! I will definitely buy from them again. Great customer service and the the gins were a hit!!!
Product was great, super happy with my purchase. Shipping was faster than expected given it was international shipping to my destination. I had some issues with the shipping company (not Dart Armoury's fault) but Dart Armoury's customer service was very prompt and helpful including weekend replies and updates. I will be ordering again from Dart Armoury
The product was what I expected it to be- no surprises. Was happy with the 3 items I ordered. Everything worked well and I did receive everything ordered. I ordered the ak47, svd, and glock 17. The long barrel dart rifles are very very sleek. The pistol I order worked and functioned extremely well time and time again. All three have been useful safety training items. The darts that came with the ak47 do not work very well. I have substituted them out with the darts that come with the svd as they are interchangeable.
Ordered Dec. 6th for Christmas today is Dec.22nd still haven't received item. SpeedX says address on original order was invalid/undeliverable. Address is valid and I know no attempt to deliver was made. I know it is busy time of year, but I would have expected better communication.
