Sorry to do this, the shipping was great, since its just from some Chinese shop. The brick17 is absolutely junk. It dosnt work. The cartridges ejected when the triger is pulled then the projectiles eject after. There is something wrong with the slide is jams half way. Sure its just a "Toy" but after seeing videos showing it works fantastically im starting to think you miss letld folks.
I think the company is fantastic when it comes to their imagination of dark guns and where they have taken it. My kids love their toys and it’s also educational tool because it’s real as some of them may look we still treat them as toys and is an opportunity to teach those who are mature enough The responsibilities of gun safety, and that was the purpose of me buying them in the first place.
Poor shipping competency and follow up. Customer services is very slow and don't really follow up with you unless you badger them. They just hope you won't. When I received my first package I didn't receive the ejecting parts. I didn't know what it was called so I accidently said "shells", so they sent even more shells, but I did show a picture which CLEARLY showed I ALREADY HAD the shells but the customer service seemed to be pretty incompetent to see that. Either way they didn't even follow up with me to make sure I get the proper parts later. Either way, they are complete trash company! Do NOT buy from them!Edit:I agree saying "fools" is not necessary. But I believe my review is fair. A customer says, “Something is missing.” Good customer service doesn’t just ship something — it verifies, clarifies, and confirms completion. YOU asked for a picture, I sent a picture. If you're mantra as a company is to fault, then its time to grow up. TIMELINESS also was an issue. There's no way that good customer service takes 10 DAYS to respond. I was GHOSTED for 10 days. If a customer is Putting more effort to fix this issue than the service, UH OH!! Please learn to be humble and learn to take feed back well.
