Cool toy, and a great way to start introducing gun safety and handling at a young age. I purchased two so my husband and son each have one to have “nerf”battles lol. Definitely recommend and would purchase again or more in the future.
Overall, it's a great product and my 8 year old loves it. The only issue we have is once you load the mag, if you chamber a round it automatically fires. This gets a little frustrating, especially if you're 8!However, this issue would not stop us from ordering more!
The courier had a delay with my order (Not Dart armouries fault) and the customer service at Dart Armoury was exceptional. They tracked it for me within minutes and used google maps and pictures to guide me to where the courier had mistakenly left my parcel. I had a small issue with my order and again Dart Armoury responded to my email within minutes and arranged priority delivery of a replacement part which took LESS THAN 24 hours ON A WEEKEND! I couldn’t fault them if I tried excellent experience and service and my son is overjoyed with the Lee Enfield rifle we bought. 5 stars
My child opened his Block 17 pistol for Christmas and it didn’t work. The trigger and slide both malfunctioned by sticking. I immediately sent an email to request it be replaced or refunded and to-date the issue remains ignored. Disappointing.
