March was incredible - so supportive and always in touch, keeping me updated on the progress and acting as a bridge between me and my solicitors. She was there to answer my anxious questions with patience and kindness, offering both professional support and a friendly ear. Thanks to her efforts, I was even able to confirm my completion ahead of April 1st to avoid the new stamp duty charge, saving me from hefty fees.Even after the sale was complete, both Shakir and March reached out to congratulate me and continued to offer help with any questions I had about the property. Recently completed on a house purchase in Crouch End and the agent dealing with us was Shakir. He was courteous, professional and always had a positive mind set which are important attributes required when trying to close a property transaction in England.
