I am completely disappointed; the glasses arrived scratched straight out of the box. I have contacted customer service twice, and they haven't acknowledged my emails. This is disgraceful—claims about their full refund and returns policy seem to be false.
I can't say anything positive about this product. It ships from overseas, so I expected it to be cheap. The glasses look much cheaper in person, and the arms are too short to fit comfortably over my ears. They were tight against my face, and when I tried to adjust the arms, one broke. They lasted about 4 days. For reference, I am 6'4" and 190 lbs, so I am not overweight.
