Selda has been our Property Manager for around 2 years now and we could not be more grateful for all her efforts. She is very responsive and has always resolved issues swiftly. Up until recently those issues have usually been minor, but recently we had a major issue replacing an appliance. The narrow space required several technician visits and it was quite complex to solve the problem. Selda was a dream ensuring each subsequent technician visit was scheduled swiftly, and even coordinated conversations directly with our landlord which resulted in everyone feeling very comfortable and confident that the situation would be resolved soon. We really appreciate her approach to getting things done! Thank you Selda!
We were in an accommodation for a year, with David Astburys as our agents for that period. Really enjoyed the service, with minimal (if any) requests from the agents throughout the year and they were very responsive to any requests we had.
