I am very dissapointed with the service. It is relatively cheap, but it reflects in quality as well. Will itself was ok, but when I asked actual lawyer to check the Trust as I had my doubts about the wording that kind of excluded my kids from inheriting anything, he said after reading it that I wasted my money on it (Certain conditions must be met for my kids to inherit money, but they can be as well excluded). What's really upsetting is that I was basicaly lied to by David, who stated that if I pay Additional 15 pounds I'll get will registered and stored for life ( I have it on the invoice as well), he repeated multiple times that this is fantastic opportunity for cheap and reliable storage and I won't find it anywhere else. It turned out that it was all a lie and 15 is just to registed the will and if I want to store it I have to pay additional money every year. I found cheaper option online already so I requested to just get my will and money back. I regret ever taking this service, could get the same or better with just post office will, at least I wouldn't be fed false information.EDIT. I see David is not planning to take responsibility for his lies. I have a invoice that clearly says "storage". There were also multiple conversations over the phone where he said its such an amazing offer, since usually it is annual payment for document storage, but here I can have storage for life for just £15. Not big money, but I still didn't get it back and what's important is the principle. Do not lie to your clients. Nowhere I wrote that trust is invalid, I now clarified the problem I had with it to avoid confusion. My review is true and based on my experience
Excellent advice and service from David. He understood my requirements and explained options clearly. My Wills were professionally drawn up and faultless, and what great value £400 cheaper than local solicitor. Professional and efficient, why go anywhere else? Well done David!
