The process of ordering and receiving deliveries to Australia was incredibly smooth and straightforward. My order arrived in just 2 days. Unfortunately, one item didn't fit well, so I'm returning it, but the return process is very simple. Just fill out the online form and drop it off with the designated shipper, who provides the packaging, and you're all set.

Confusing Tax Charges and Delayed Refunds

It was perplexing to encounter tax charges when the platform explicitly indicated otherwise. Furthermore, I have received a refund for just one order and am still awaiting the other, despite receiving confirmation emails for both refunds on the same day. I'm uncertain why the two refunds weren't handled simultaneously.

Still waiting for my refund

I attempted to contact the company, but it was quite challenging due to speaking with AI. When I reached out directly, their reply indicated that each market has different sales conditions, and I needed to find the Lithuanian one, which I couldn't. I must say I won't be purchasing from them again because waiting over a month for a refund is unacceptable... still awaiting their response.
