We were hit with a surprising increase in shipping fee due to being in Hawaii. There was no notice and website did not exclude Hawaii for volume shipping. Our shipping charges were always as stated in the shipping info for volume shipping.

They helped us navigate a few prototypes and gave us suggestions on how best to bring our ideas to life. 110% satisfied with my custom bags and can't wait to till I have to order more!
Always high quality, and pretty fast service. Incredible customer service as well. Only gripe is the minimums for stand up pouches. We’d really love to drop some flavors/collabs but we don’t want to print 1,000 bags for them. Minimum 1,000 for purchasing is fine, but I’d like to see us be able to break the 1,000 up across two SKU’s.
