Review Time
I waited over a month for the product to come within 5 minutes from my home, and then all of a sudden get returned. They said I did not input a shipping address. But yet, somehow made it from China, to Ontario Canada, and then 5 minutes from my house... with no shipping address. Ok.
They then stated that I would have to pay 50% of the entire purchase to have it re shipped.
I demanded a full refund.
Its nearly Been 2 months, I have not received the order, or the refund. Worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered. Be aware.
The delivery times are excessively long, nearly two months, and even faster services manage to do better. Customer service is courteous and responsive, but that doesn't mitigate the frustration of the prolonged delivery times and misleading advertisements claiming genuine leather and high quality. Many reviews praising the quality leave me puzzled; either they are not genuine or the quality differences are not recognized. The most frustrating part was the refund process, which took months, and they do not cover return shipping costs, forcing us to pay an additional amount to send it back. Despite the products shipping from China, we are left to manage the return to America, which feels like a questionable practice.
The delivery took quite a while, likely due to the holiday season. However, the jacket is of fantastic quality, fits perfectly according to the size chart, and showcases excellent craftsmanship with premium materials. I am truly impressed considering the price I paid.

The tracking information, especially since it was coming from abroad, gave me peace of mind about my order's status and arrival time. I placed my order right after Thanksgiving, and it arrived well in advance of Christmas. They also followed up via email to confirm my satisfaction with the order.
The order process was straightforward, and there was great transparency regarding contact. I inquired about delivery time and received a tracking update. The item arrived as expected, and I got a follow-up email to check if my order was received. The quality was excellent, and it made for a well-received gift. It was refreshingly easy to reach out, and responses were prompt.
I received a stunning jacket gift from my partner, and I’m absolutely thrilled! They nailed my style and color preference; it fits perfectly and feels great. It’s stylish, warm, and practical. Now I need to think of a gift for my partner’s birthday. It would be nice if there were options for women's jackets, but I can't complain. Thank you!
