Beautifully packaged organic Christmas cake in a tin

The organic Christmas cake in a tin arrived in excellent condition and looked fantastic. It was sent as a gift overseas, so I haven't tasted it yet. The dog cape was also very well crafted and of good quality.

Order mishap with delivered items

My mother ordered over £100 worth of food and produce to be included in a Christmas hamper this year. We received a notification that our order was delivered to our safe place. However, instead of chutneys and cheeses, we only received two Christmas ornaments. Nothing else.

Incomplete items in the hamper

I received the ‘Taste of Provence’ hamper yesterday as ordered. The basket bag is lovely! However, I was let down to discover that some of the items listed on the website were missing. Could you please send the remaining items? I reached out to the support team on November 30th but have yet to receive a response; it's now December 7th.
