This was my first time visiting an IQOS store in the UK and I had such a great experience. I went in to buy the new IQOS model, and since I was still using an older version, I felt a bit behind on all the new features. Luckily, Zak was incredibly kind and patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also let me try the new Delia sticks, which really surprised me in a good way… I ended up stocking up on them. I purchased the ILUMA i in terracotta (a beautiful color!), and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The customer service was truly impeccable. Zak made both me and my boyfriend feel very welcome, invited us to sit down, and even offered us water. It felt like a very personalized and comfortable experience. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this store!

Lil Solid 2 was great, but Lil Solid 3 is disappointing.

Lil Solid 2 was a great device. However, after purchasing Lil Solid 3 in March 2025, I found it to be quite disappointing. It occasionally turns on by itself in my pocket, and sometimes it doesn't power on when I need it to. It's a very strange device.

Order Issues and Poor Customer Service

My wife ordered an IQOS Iluma with a promise of next-day delivery, but the device never arrived. After three days, we were informed it had been sent to the wrong address. Instead of fixing their mistake by sending a replacement, the company refunded the order without my approval. Now, reordering requires paying £39 instead of the original £9. I am being forced to pay more due to someone else's error. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Excellent support for voucher issue

I encountered a problem with a voucher I received for completing a survey. It took a while to get sorted out, but the staff I interacted with were always courteous, professional, and supportive. A representative reached out to me today and efficiently resolved the issue, going above and beyond to help.
