I've been deceived by this subscription for three months. After initially booking a one-time event through the platform, I found out they have been charging me monthly without my consent. I've reviewed my account and all subscriptions, but I can't locate where these charges are coming from. After navigating the inadequate support website, I attempted to cancel, only to be informed of a 30-day cancellation policy, despite not having access to my account. Be cautious when using this service… If you overlook any options, you might end up stuck! This will be my last experience with this provider. Their response has been unhelpful, and no steps have been taken to address my concerns.
I invested a good amount in my subscription, and I believe ads should not be part of a paid service. Moreover, the system lacks sufficient buffer memory, resulting in constant lagging feeds. The interface is also not user-friendly.
If only I could rate this service zero stars. A few years back, everything functioned well, even though they didn't provide all the soccer leagues I was interested in. This past year, after a partnership with another platform, I thought I finally had access to everything I needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The new interface is virtually unusable, and very little soccer content loads properly. I find myself rebooting constantly just to try to get it to work, but it’s futile. It feels like a scam. I canceled my subscription after three frustrating months and am returning to the other platform. They may not have everything I want, but at least it's something.
Until recently, I could watch my favorite football team's games. However, suddenly, due to a dispute with a local football association, the streams for my team are no longer available. The support I received was inadequate. The virtual assistant provided irrelevant troubleshooting steps, and when I finally reached a human agent, I was given incorrect links, slow responses, and contradictory information. Even after confirming my nationality and subscription, which is meant for my local competition, support mistakenly claimed the service was unavailable in a different country. My responses were often ignored, and the agent frequently stopped responding, ultimately ending the chat. As a result, I received no explanation, no solution, and no access to the livestream I am paying for.
The current pricing plans are very misleading and nearly fraudulent. When selecting a plan, I was presented with two options: one for an annual subscription and another labeled as a monthly subscription. The latter clearly stated that I could cancel with a 30-day notice. However, it turns out that the 'monthly subscription' is actually an annual contract paid in monthly installments, which means I cannot cancel for the first 12 months.
I purchased a pay-per-view event for £24.99, and shortly after, they automatically charged my account again. After attempts to resolve the issue through emails and case files, I found out that refunds are not provided. If they were a physical store, I'd call the authorities. It's a scam, so stay away.
I am extremely frustrated with this app. We desperately need a better alternative for American football. They are aware that many of us do not watch the games live. I often find myself hours behind. The video player consistently glitches and jumps ahead to live action. The games are always ruined due to these issues with the video player. Nothing functions properly on this app.
This site has completely deteriorated; it is truly disappointing. I paid for four months of service, which has dramatically increased in price, and I received only three months of service. They are nearly impossible to contact and hide behind a maze of website links. It's utterly disappointing!
