To watch pay-per-view events in the UK, you must subscribe and then purchase the fight. For some reason, you can't cancel on mobile or tablet, so you have to use a laptop if you have one. I've just been charged £24.99 for a service I will never use. I wish the previous service for PPV would return!
I signed up for a boxing event for £24.99, which was fine. However, I noticed an additional charge of £24.99 a week later that I hadn't authorized, despite my subscription clearly stating 'Your current plan: Free.' Getting past their chatbot to speak to someone took forever, and when I finally did, they claimed they couldn't find my account or see any extra charges. They eventually asked for a reference number from my bank to investigate the transaction, which required another call. When I provided it, they miraculously found the charge. They agreed to refund the money and cancel the subscription I didn't even know I had. Terrible service, and I will not purchase any more pay-per-view events from this service.
Paying for an annual membership with NFL Game Pass and while it is customary for blackout games (x2 a week), half of the Seahawks fixtures have been subjected to blackout. For context, blackout games are not announced prior to the season.Spoke to customer services about a refund and they are not interested. Feels like an absolute scam.
I signed up for DAZN thinking it was a normal monthly subscription, but it turned out to be a 12-month contract that was not clearly shown. I only watched one event and contacted them within a week, but they refused to cancel. Very misleading pricing and poor customer service. I do not recommend DAZN.
My NFL Game Pass auto renewed for a year August 1, 2025. Thinking that it’s somewhat pricey I cancelled my subscription August 17, to make sure it wouldn’t renew in 2026. DAZN then shut down my access to the service immediately even though the current year was paid for.This is now almost 4 months ago, during which I have had no access to NFL Game Pass. I have been in contact with customer service for a refund or at least a reasonable solution. DAZN will not acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part and most responses can only be described as, if not arrogant, then very AI like. At this point I’m just drained.Save yourself the grief. Stay away from DAZN.
Quite possibly the worst sports site I have ever seen. It is slow to switch what you are watching , unreliable connection , Navigation is very slow and clunky . Super expensive for the price. It is unbelievable that the NFL gave them exclusive access.
