After repeated encounters with incompetent and sometimes lying employees, scripted and atrocious customer service, and reading the many terrible reviews, I'm genuinely surprised that there have not been organized consumer reprisals against DCU. A merger with another credit union was just announced, which will further confuse and dilute whatever inadequate resources produce these disgusting results.
Terrible bank i would never recomend it mi wife apply and provide all documents and then after she was approved they sent a letter that she was denied because the income couldn't be verify there is more of this a story but im not going to say everything but i will say this situation clearly looks like discrimination be careful.
