I've booked several villas through Debbie's Villas over the last ten years. The villas have always been nice and spacious, and well equipped. Debbie's Villas have excellent customer service. They always phone you before you go to check you have everything ready, and also when you get back to make sure you had a great time! It's a great personal touch. On the rare occasion I've had an issue they've been very quick to sort it out. And they were superb in helping us rebook flights and extend the accommodation one time when we had to stay on due to a family member being ill. There are the only company I'd book an Orlando villa with. I just wish they had villas all over the USA.
This was my first experience using Debbie’s Villas. I was hesitant at first, moving away from my regular package type of holiday. I needed a large villa with plenty of room for Severn people for a magical Florida holiday, including our two young grandchildren. From my first choosing a villa, to booking , to staying at the property it was a fantastic experience. The Villa more than exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, fully furnished, everything was included from clean towels to a cork screw! The pool area was brilliant and had a lot of use! The location was also brilliant, all the theme parks with in 20 -25 minutes( depending on traffic ) The villa complex was clean and well kept and very quiet. I will have no hesitation in using or recommending Debbie’s Villa again. Thank you
