This villa was lovely! The villa was clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. Amazing location and so close to the Disney Parks! It was perfect after the long days in the parks. It’s a very central location to so many places!We had all the information we needed for the Villa arrive in a letter to our house and it helped with preparation, it also had the codes for the door!! They couldn’t help enough when we had a small issue on our end. They phoned to check everything was good too!The welcome pack was a very nice touch too!! I definitely recommend this company after previous experience with other companies this one far exceeded them.
The booking process was easy, and the amount of information available on their website kept me informed. The team were always lovely when we spoke on the phone and contacted directly to check-in before, during and after our stay. The villa itself was exactly as described, and in such a great area (Storey Lake in Orlando). I’d definitely consider booking with Debbie’s Villas again.
I booked with Debbie’s Villas after reading customer reviews - just like I’m writing now! I researched where I wanted to go, debated with my husband, looked at all the pictures online and decided yes, that’s where I want to go. I took the simple step of ringing up and booking with just a deposit. The Villa photographs looked amazing, almost too good to be true. I can honestly say that as good as the pictures were, they did not do the Villa justice. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children and every one of us was open-mouthed in awe when we set foot inside. Wow! All of my concerns, worries and trepidation about renting our first Villa dissolved into thin air. Debbie’s villas staff were personable, efficient and extremely supportive guiding us through. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and the Villa we chose. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I choose the same Villa? Definitely.We had a fantastic holiday that had been 2 years in the planning phase. I honestly couldn’t fault it.
The villa was amazing, very clean and looked even nicer than we imagined from the photos. The welcome pack is a lovely addition and means you don’t need to rush out for essentials. Would recommend Debbie’s Villas and will be using them again for our next Florida trip.
