Communication before travelling to village in Orlando was good - over the phone, by post and by email. Any questions were answered well. Instructions for the villa were good and contacts in the States were able to resolve minor issues.
From the moment I booked a villa the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience easy and checked on us before and after our holiday. We had no issues with anything and our villa was actually better than the pictures, we were very happy with our choice. I will definitely be booking with Debbie’s villas again.
Just excellent through and through. We have visited Florida since the 90s and I have never booked through a better more efficient and professional booking service. From start to returning home the service and communication has been excellent. Villa was exactly as described and Debbie's villas looked after us really well, already planning our next booking, just a shame Debbie's villas doesn't offer an incentive for return bookers
This is the second year we have booked with Debbie's Villas, and again we have been very happy with the service we have received. if you ever have any questions they are very quick to reply online, or via phone.The website is very easy to navigate with plenty of options available, so can easily get into the specifics that matter to you. I think one small area of improvement on the website could be to allow a multi date/trip selector so you can easily compare different dates if your start/return dates are flexible so you can tailor it to your needs. We have noticed sometimes flight prices can vary widely and the longer you stay i believe the more discount you can get on the villa so in some cases you can stay a few days extra and sometimes it works out cheaper or the same price - obviously at present i had to number crunch this manually.They also offer many services so if you just like to book with a single provider and get you car, park tickets, flights etc then they really are your one stop shop. Whilst we have never used it, we are aware that they do also offer some flexible payment plans too.I've recommended debbies to friends and family and will definitely be using them again for next years trip.My only observation has been that there don't seem to be any villas available up north in Florida.
Excellent service from start to finish, easy to navigate website and someone always on hand to answer questions. Once in Florida we found the villa perfect for us, amazing location and great facilities as well as easily contactable management team. Highly recommended and will use again for future holidays
The team at Debbie’s Villa’s are so easy to deal with, easy to reach and proactive in checking in with us to make sure we had everything for our holiday. The villa we booked with them on Championsgate was outstanding, we didn’t have a single issue or needed to call for help at any point, just what we needed so we could relax and enjoy our holiday
