I ordered a wreath that looks like an eagle. The picture of the product shows an actual wreath with the eagle wings being individual pieces of wood. Looked beautiful. Well, when the product arrived; it's a picture of an eagle stamped on a round wreath shaped piece of wood. Very, very disappointing. Did not look AT ALL like what was displayed in the catalog.I wanted to return this item. Talk about the run around. First they offer me 10% of the purchase price or a higher percentage in house credit, next its 20%, them final offer 30% or 70% in house credit.Stay far away from this company.Horrible experience.
The robotic puppy I received today does not look anything like picture shown on their website. It does however look exactly the same as the Temu robotic puppy sold for $13.12.I am requesting a full refund. But doubt this scam of a company will even reply to my emails.
Appalling company. Ordered paw patrol tower and received a fake one with Chinese writing on, half the size. The picture on their site showed the genuine article this was not what they sent, damaged box and fake product. Cost £40 on contacting them they offered 30% back, 11.99 and said I could keep said item or pay for return postage to Asia. Absolutely disgraceful. Check them out on chat GPT they have only been trading for 2 years. If I could give them no stars I would. I believe the so called 5 star reviews are AI generated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TEY ARE SCAMMERS.
If I could give 0 stars, I would!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS WEBSITE.Honestly, I wish I had researched this more before ordering.I ordered a Paw Patrol Tower for my son's birthday. It's claiming to be like the Nickelodeon one in UK store. The images on the website are advertising it as such! A button on the tower= noNormal size as per image = no Normal looking Paw Patrol characters= noThis is nothing like what was advertised. However, the "company" are offering 40% partial refund, or for me to pay full shipping 25-50E to potentially get a full refund if they agree! This is against their own policy which states: 'Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, DecorsDeluxe will cover the return shipping costs.'What a scam... Also, the address sent to me via email to return the item is different to the one on the website. The reviews on the item are all very similar (AI generated or something very dodgy is going on!) DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, ITS FAKE! I am contacting my bank for a chargeback and Trading Standards.
I received the wrong item. I ordered a quality floor mounted magnifying lamp but after 2 weeks I received a much cheaper desk mounted magnifying lamp. The only telephone number is an international one and I have had no response to several emails to their customer service. I would not buy from them again.
