Misleading Claims About Privacy

Despite claims of no logging and providing anonymity, the nodes where traffic exits are logging user activity, including IP addresses. This means users can be tracked. I do not consider this to be true anonymity. The company has been informed but refuses to correct these misleading statements on their website.

For those don't know

Saw some negative comments, it does take some time to learn how to use the Deeper Connect. For those who say it doesn't work, probably because you don't know how to use the device. They got tutorials on YouTube. And complaining about the slow speed, change IPs! Anything that's filtered and send the signal out again, even typical VPN, still not as fast as your local direct network. They also update firmware, so some of the comment regarding the device issues, why not update firmware or contact support first. Try to solve problems with the team instead of complaining and say it's useless.

For those unfamiliar, it takes time to learn how to use the device effectively. Those who claim it doesn’t work may simply not understand it. There are tutorials available online. If experiencing slow speeds, changing IPs can help. Any filtering or signal relay, even typical VPNs, may not match local network speeds. The company provides firmware updates, so addressing issues with support is advisable before dismissing the device.

Poor customer service

I’ve been patiently waiting for their customer service to answer what should be a fairly straightforward question for a crew of networking experts. I’ll return this POS to Amazon if I don’t receive a “satisfactory" reply soon.

Been using their devices for years

Been using their devices for years. The Deeper Connect Air worked great when I traveled to Dubai, HK and China. I used to get blocked with my VPN services in Dubai, and had to switch them up. After using Air, I have no problem at all! I use Mini at home to route my Netflix to different countries. It's super simple and easy. Set a tunnel and clear history. Then log into my same Netflix account and I got myself UK Netflix! For those complained it didn't work, there's a bit learning curve, but they got YouTube channel, tutorials have been helpful! Do some research, I haven't paid for VPN subscriptions for more than 2 years!

Ive been using this service for 3 years…

Ive been using the products for 3 years now and I am still very excited! Using 10 devices/nodes, and yes I had some problems with some of them in the past, but issues were solved by support.The network is expanding fast and great developmend is underway. For instance an app for computer and mobile devices. Which use the decentralized network which is powered by the 100k+ nodes all over the world.
