I have 2 devices from them. It's been working smoothly. I can watch Netflix from different countries. Taking Pico with me anywhere I go. It's super helpful when I went to Dubai, which is highly censored. I couldn't even make a call with the usual app I have. With Pico, I could call and still get my work done without worrying about being blocked. Customer service isn't bad. It could take a day or two to reply. But better than the experience I have with Amazon.
It is such a huge shame how after 4 months of waiting for an order, the sender simply refunds the order. The order has been in my country for over a month under delivering and nothing happened. I tried to send over 10 emails to the sender and they never answered my emails. Even though they did not get my emails, would it not be a part of their services to check why the order has been freezing for over a month nobody knows where and not being delivered to the customer?How they refund without asking the customer for a confirmation?

Every time new excuses.They charge a High Shipping fee and later they ship the product by Airmail. The Ship low Without the product invoice and customs declaration.They didn't follow the customs rules forget to Put the product HS code, Origin of the Product Invoice, and customs declaration. Due to that your delivery can stop by customs or need to pay the high custom penalty due to the wrong declarationDo we deserve this kind of painful experience by such companies?
