Quick delivery to UK from the USA. Literally a plug and play experience for me - put it between my modem and router, using the supplied Cat5 cable. Using Smart Route, I could access sites from other countries, I just needed to clear my browser cache first.
Unfortunately I had multiple orders with them. They are scammers. Their customer service line is not available and when you leave a message, they never get back to you. Someone who calls himself Paul is such a thief and scammer. Don’t even think about buying from this Deeper Network company!
This product is not VPN, max speed is 10 Mbps if you plan to use for streaming apps it is not good at all. If I ask anything support they dont have answers, worst support I ever seen. It is better to pay yearly REAL VPN as this device is not good.
I dislike their business/technical model as to the way to retrieve your DPR balance when mining from the device. You can't just send your DPR balance from the device address to an external DPR wallet before having to go through their bridge and their bridge has only a maximum of 600,000 DPR transfers daily. My last 3 attempts have failed because of that limit and those 3 attempts I have been charged from my Metamask wallet around $0.17 cents each for gas fees which have failed because the bridge has exceeded it's daily limit. This is a very poor business practice (tactic?)EDITED 1/14/2024: 0 stars if I could! Now it's impossible to collect your mined DPRs. My wallet is full of useless DPR coins, failing to transfer out every time I try. Message is always: "error: Not win", whatever that means. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!
Glorified scam. It does not work on any level all the promises are fake and false! They have no after sale support or ability to ask for a refund, I have had to raise an action with PayPal to try and get my money back! Shocking how this product can get away with all these false promises and and get away with it. In my world its called fraud
I'm writing this review after several weeks of testing and using the Deeper Networks Deeper SE device, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The first issue that strikes me is the degraded speeds(see below). The device, which claims to ensure fast and secure internet connectivity, has consistently fallen short on this promise. My browsing experience has been plagued by slow loading times and frequent buffering, turning simple tasks into frustratingly long endeavors. This isn't just a minor inconvenience - it's a significant issue that severely hampers the device's usability and efficiency.Furthermore, I've found myself unable to access crucial local banking and corporate networks. This is a major drawback, as these services are essential for both personal and professional activities. The inability to perform important financial transactions or access necessary work resources is not just an inconvenience; it's a deal-breaker. It's disappointing to see that Deeper Networks hasn't considered these basic user needs in their product design.Lastly, I must mention the subpar customer support. Assistance from Deeper Networks has been elusive at best. I've reached out several times to address these issues, but my queries have been met with slow responses and generic troubleshooting tips that have done little to resolve the problems at hand. This lack of effective customer service only compounds the frustration caused by the device's performance issues.In conclusion, the Deeper Networks Deeper SE device has not lived up to its promises. It's been a constant struggle with slow speeds, restricted access to crucial networks, and unhelpful customer support. While I was initially excited about the potential of this device, my experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope Deeper Networks takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their product and customer service. I bought a Deeper Pico because it said it was Plug-and-Play with Zero Configuration (it wasn't) and unrestricted access to content from any country. But without configuration, it tried to load all of my content from the local country. After configuration, it worked some of the time... but not all.I contacted Deeper's customer service, who were slow to respond, but came back to me repeatedly. After two firmware updates - it is now working perfectly, and it by far the best VPN I have ever used.There is a lot if bizarre crypto stuff in their service offering, and on their website - which is of no interest to me, but the VPN does exactly what I need.
