SHOCKING. My card was blocked and after a month of communications and lots of patience, the Deferit employees informed me they could not provide a date on when the technical default would be resolved. A complaint to the AFCA was made and I was then threatened with legal action and account closure. Staff are inconsistent with their information, responses are delayed and the manager unprofessional.
When money’s tight and bills are due, Deferit comes through. They’ve helped me avoid late fees and kept my accounts on track by letting me split payments into four easy biweekly chunks. No stress, no falling behind—just real help when I need it most. Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without them! 🙌🏼
