I wish I could have had the great experience as these customers with great reviews..been using this company over a year for my DME Diabetics Supplies. You have no clue how many times I went without supplies due to their shipping and terms. It’s common scene if you’re shipped out supplies every 30 days, your supplies will not be shipped out until that day, mind you it takes days for the shipping company to deliver supplies and if the 30th day falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your delivery will not go out until the next business day Monday. Your sensor expires every 10 days, now make that make scene.Then learn the day your supplies are supposed to be shipped out to get a telephone call first stating there’s a issue with my insurance card number, mind you been using the same exact card and number over a year. Gets told once verified I will be called back.That call ended up being my insurance is not in their network which was a bogus lie, I telephoned my insurance and was told that was not true whatsoever, Home Care Delivered deceides to discontinue excepting my insurance without any notice which left me out to dry with no supplies. How professional is that playing with patients lives, we rely on these supplies and did not even try offering a temporary solution at least for this final shipment. There was a solution to the because I too have a secondary insurance that could have been utilized, I would only needed to pay a co pay of $52 I’m sure, but no nothing just ended the call stating I’m gonna need to find another supplier that’s in network with my insurance. This is not gonna be the last of this issue trust me, I’m taking this much higher up and not inside Home Care Delivered either, I’m filing first with my disability act and will continue on until their accountable for negligence of patients needs.
Fulfilment center often damages my items in packing my shipment. As a result of damages to my ostomy seals, I have more leaks and more frequent changes are required. They have been disinterested in rectifying at their fulfilment center.
