Deferit is definitely my bestie it has never let me down super easy to use and as you start paying it off you can literally throw another bill on there and pay that off as well and of course you can’t go wrong with the date changes when you need a extra day or so we love a extension times is tough
I'm having issues trying to get in touch with someone for the past 48 hours, and all I've received are automated responses. It's incredibly frustrating trying to reach a company when they only offer online communication and no one responds. I have a specific question regarding my account. I set up a bill to be paid June 13th and received an email confirmation stating that it was paid. However, the bill has not been paid with my utility company. My first payment has already been deducted from my account and automated payments are set for every two weeks. If Deferit is not going to cover the bill then I should get a refund and future payments stopped. I've used Deferit multiple times before and have always had a good experience. I didn't want to write this review, but it seems this is the only way to get a response, which is even more disappointing. I really hope someone can provide some type of help with my issue.
What made my experience great is the fact that I was short on a bill and deferit came through for me and paid immediately. It’s like by now pay later. Great to use not abuse. The app even negotiates a cheaper bill on your behalf. Awesome app to have.
