I make an order yesterday, they took my money but they didn’t send any confirmation email with the tracking number,I send a message on instagram about this , they answer me back to check my spam , but it wasn’t on my spam , then said speak with the support, I tried a lot of times with emails and phone calls to speak with the support ,but no one answers, after I send again on instagram but this time they read it and just ignore me…

After 20 days, my order still has not been handed over to DHL. The tracking has shown “Order data transmitted electronically” since December 29, which means DHL never received the parcel. Customer support only gives vague answers without any concrete update. Very disappointing experience.
Delivery status since 5 days on deliverd but i didnt get the order. I bet its dropshipping. They say its german but i bet they buy the cloths for cheap in china and thats why they have long shipping times and sometimes the cheap product dont arrive or the wrong items. Sad that i Fell for that blinded by the cool desings that werent even theres.
Amazing clothes and amazing service. Due to cleaning up my mailbox recently, I lost my order nr to send with refunding an article. I mailed them about the situation and they still found my order number and refunded the article. Thanks a lot!
I ordered a necklace and a hoodie, but the necklace never arrived and the hoodie was the wrong size. At first, customer service only addressed part of the issue and ignored the missing necklace, which forced me to follow up multiple times. Their responses were slow and incomplete, and I had to push hard to get clear answers.In the end, I did receive full refunds for both items, which I appreciate. However, the lack of communication, the delay in resolving the issue, and the effort it took to get a proper response made the whole experience frustrating.I’m glad the matter was resolved, but the process was unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult.
Bought some items from them and it’s been more than a month now, they didn’t ship it and don’t even respond to emails. They are a scam dropshipping company. I would avoid them. The customer service is nonexistent. It seems like a dropshipping company handled from a basement by some undergraduate student in Germany who only knows how to build a website. Update: when you review them on Instagram, they block you.
