After being a user for two years and purchasing several items, I attempted my first sale. Without explanation, my account was canceled after the buyer had already paid. They have the buyer's money and some of my funds, leaving the buyer questioning my legitimacy.
This platform clearly does not care about its negative reviews. I received an email from a payment company about being charged for having an inactive account. I tried to log into the platform to cancel my account but couldn't complete the password reset process. I suspect this is intentional.
