I ordered 4 jackets on December 19 2025. They put after weeks delivered they resent my order they put delivered they didn't no where it was delivered they didn't no who delivered it. They used a scam tracking number with track 17 or track 678 which are scam tracking company. Today is February 10 never seen nothing. They once I contacted the BBB, Google, Nordstrom Rack who logo they stole offer refund never seen it. There a damn scam hope they burn in hell.
I NOTICED THE HIGH NUMBER OF FIVE STAR REVIEWS. ATTACHED TO FAKE ACCOUNTS WITH FAKE NAMES. THIS GENERIC COMPANY IS NICKLE AND DIMING THE PUBLIC GAINING CAPITAL A SMALL AMOUNT AT A TIME IN ORDER TO REACH WHATEVER FINANCIAL GOAL THEY ARE AFTER. I BET THEY ARE NOT IN THE U.S. OR EUROPE . THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THERE IS NO WAY AT THE COST OF SUCH CHEAPLY AND POORLY MADE ITEMS WOULD THERE BE RATINGS SO HIGH . EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE NEGATIVE RATINGS I TRUST. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM . LOOK AT THE NAMES. REALLY. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO SHAME. ALL THE ENERGY THE PUT INTO CREATING THIS SHIESTY SO CALLED COMPANY , THEY COULD HAVE PRODUCED BETTER QUALITY AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES .ALL THE RESPONSES ARE TYPED OUT BY LOW PAID UNSCRUPULOUS NARROW MINDED PIONS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THIS SITE. EVERYTHING THAT GLITTERS AINT GOLD. BELIEVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THESE MONSTERS CAPITALIZING FROM YOUR WANTS OF BEAUTIFUL WEARS GET OFF ON YOUR PAIN AND ENERGY .WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER RETURNING THEIR CRAPPY RAGS. THESE ITEMS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR CLEANING YOUR TOILETTE AND BATHROOM.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CO. AS WELL AS TEMU AND ALL THE OTHER RAGGITY BOUGIE FAKE CHEAP SHOTTY COMPANIES.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I only received 2 out of 5 items I ordered, and I only got a refund for 2 of the missing items after reaching out to customer service. They asked for details and pictures of the packaging and what I received, which I provided, but they still never gave me a refund for the most expensive item. I had sent over 20 emails going back and forth with them, while they just talked in circles and asked me the same questions I already answered. Now they won’t even respond. I just want my money back.
Ordered a sweatshirt from them and not a sweatshirt. Made from very thin t-shirt material. So waiting for the rest of the order to come. Not very promising Update: Received another email from them needing a picture so they could understand what I was saying. Did that I now I can send it back to China but there’s a different place it was shipped from in Illinois. So I guess my statement holds. !!!!DONOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
