I would give 0 if available, we ordered a pastel bouquet for a sick relative and the payment was taken but we have had no tracking details and the item has not been delivered despite being ordered last week. My wife has tried calling them and emailing them with no response. We have now had to order a bouquet from a different more reliable supplier. Do Not Use if the occasion or person receiving the item is important to you.

Absolutely appalled with this company.

Specifically ordered 24 red roses for Valentine's Day (on behalf of my disabled Dad to give to my Mum), the order arrived 2 days late - resulting in me having to drive over an hour to deliver her some supermarket brought ones instead.

The initial response I received in regard to the delivery, was covered by their T&Cs - whereby they've taken no responsibility for the guaranteed delivery date that was selected citing that they have no control of Royal Mail (even though it's Tracked 24hrs) and the order could have arrived up to 2 days before, or after the selected date.

When they finally arrived, I was surprised to find that 24 PINK roses had been given to us, not red as selected.

The response I received to this was that it was their right to replace like for like - there was no communication about it and the pink roses that had arrived were browning.

Again, no responsibility taken and they've stopped responding to my emails.

Absolutely dreadful company and as a small, independent company, you'd think they'd care more.

Do not use. I wish I'd looked up reviews beforehand.

However practically dead by the Sunday. Emailed to complain and 4 days later still no reply. Wish I checked the reviews.

Poor dying flowers delivered. When I complained they were hard to contact but eventually agreed to replace them.

Second lot arrived (too late) dry and dying.

I’ve tried to contact them for a refund and they don’t answer phone calls or emails.

Please please don’t take a risk with your hard earned cash.

They are a scam company

Rubbish service. Flowers didn't arrive, which would be understandable if followed by an apology & refund, but instead I got a slightly snarky email pointing out that the 'terms & conditions' state that advertised delivery date could actually be +/- a few days. Not impressed.

Avoid ordering from this service.

I do not recommend ordering from this service. I placed an order for a large bouquet and included chocolates and a small bottle of wine. Instead of the wine, I received prosecco without any prior notice. The flower bouquet was smaller than expected and lacked items shown in the image. I echo the sentiments of others who have noted that these bouquets are of low quality. I could have purchased a similar bouquet at the supermarket for just £5 instead of the £20 I spent. When I reached out for help, I was met with indifference and informed that there were no quality issues with the bouquet.

Extremely dissatisfied with the flower delivery.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the flower delivery to my sister. I requested a large arrangement, but what arrived was clearly not large. The flowers were dry and not worth the price.
