Disappointed by Price Fluctuations

I had been eyeing a desk for weeks, but it was out of my budget at £259. When Black Friday came, the price jumped to £400, only to 'drop' back to £259, which I found quite ironic. A few days later, I was ready to purchase, but the price had increased to £280. I still went ahead and bought it because it's a decent desk, but I feel embarrassed by the way the situation unfolded.

The best desk I've ever owned

- Easy to assemble (though the parts are heavy, a second person helps)- Quiet operation- Quick lifting- Nice memory function- Sturdy and doesn't wobble, even when leaning on it- Heavy enough to stay in place- Ample space for three monitors and all essentials- Great for my back since I can finally stand while working.

Mixed experience with delivery

Customer service is doing their best, but there were issues with delivery for a great product. The delivery service left my desk outside after a missed attempt, claiming I signed for it. I contacted the company to arrange a delivery date, but when I arrived the next day, it was left out in the rain. Initially, I was told I wasn't eligible for a full refund, and I'm now waiting for a pickup and refund. I feel quite let down.

Avoid the SitOne Pro

The armrests are too high to fit the chair under my desk. While you can adjust the back, lowering it is impossible. At 1.65m, my feet didn't touch the ground on the lowest setting. The headrest is also impossible to remove once installed.
