How can I assess the quality of the product if I can't even put it together? I ordered a large item directly from the seller's website, and it arrived in a timely manner. My main issue is the lack of timely contact options with the company. Unfortunately, this has become increasingly common. Most frustratingly, they provide a phone number on a tag for issues, but calling it only redirects you to their website. What happens if I encounter a significant problem with the product? Finding the contact page is challenging, and the form requires details that are not straightforward to locate. They state that the information is on a tag, but the form asks for inputs not found there. Additionally, the form includes a reCAPTCHA that is not functioning correctly on mobile devices in either Safari or Chrome. This is primarily a complaint about how companies are failing to deliver even basic customer support.
