Considering this was shipped from the Far East to the UK it came fast, and was not disappointed! The alligator was soft and well constructed compared with my other alligator straps purchased from reputable companies in France, and even looked and felt so much better than the alligator strap that came with my Patek Philippe 5960P! Absolutely amazing and the size was perfect too! And did I mention the price being so much better value compared with other premium brands around the world! Will definitely be purchasing again in the future and already have a list of straps in mind! Thank you!
They sold me a magnifier for the camera on my phone that does not work, in fact they send you an attachment to attach it to your phone and expect to you tighten a metal bolt on to your screen to hold iot in place. I have sent several emails and tried to resolve this on whatsapp and they ignore you. avoind this company at all cost. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank
I bought an alligator strap on Delugs, that I paid 137CHF + 18CHF shipping cost. The strap took almost a month to arrive because they said a CITES form was required. Well that CITES form cost me an extra 70CHF paid to DHL + 88CHF paid to customs for veterinary inspections.Delugs never mentioned that in their site and didn't provide any resolution.I have bought other alligator straps from other companies without CiTES and without problem. Delugs never again.
I rarely write unsolicited reviews, but felt the need to give this company the highest of marks during the entire sales process. From their website with their watch, Finder function to the customer service and prompt delivery process to the actual quality of their product. If you’re looking for a watch band for your watch, you cannot go wrong.
I have a number of Delugs leather and Delcro watch straps and they are all very comfortable and durable. The support staff has always been very helpful and have provided specific advice and guidance in a timely manner. Considering the quality of their products, I have always found their prices to be not only reasonable but also quite competitive.
Its way to overpriced to the point that its not even a consideration they keep saying that they cant hold a sale because of their costs but maybe it would have been better to consider lower prices in the first place, I bought a watch from ali express with the exact same pattern and color as the delugs straps and it fits my prx perfectly. Delugs team if you read this review I am not doing this to spread negativity I am just saying that its un reasonable to sell something with a cost price of 5-10€ for 136€😁
I have never ordered watch straps for my watches. Now I wanted to give my PRX a new look and a very old watch that I purchased years ago at a flee market. The PRX (green dial) looks much sportier with the green strap and is ready for the warmer days coming in Germany. My old watch feels like it’s reborn now that the old original strap is off. What I really liked is that I was able to choose the colour/metal of the buckle. It fits perfectly. My first impression of the quality is very good. I also ordered a watch strap organizer (small). Overall I am very happy with all the products and especially the delivery time from Singapore to Germany via DHL Express was very quick. As if watches weren’t addictive enough … now I can give my watches a completely new look with a good strap. Probably not my last purchase if the the strap lasts for a while.
