I ordered a batch of ~25 customised t-shirts for an upcoming rugby tour. There was an issue with the quality of the digital logo image that I provided, which led to manual additions/adjustments. Unfortunately, when the t-shirts arrived a week later, the background print was slightly incorrect. As a customer, Nigel from clothes2order did everything you’d hope for in this scenario by promptly investigating and offering to replace the entire order free of charge. The replacement t-shirts also arrived within a week. Excellent quality and customer service.. would thoroughly recommend clothes2order. Sometimes mistakes do happen, but they did a brilliant job of putting things right. Very pleased with my order, will use again.

Order delays and unexpected sourcing

The order arrived later than anticipated and was shipped from overseas. It appeared to be a local company when I ordered, but the product came from abroad. The print on the shirt didn't match what I ordered, and the shirt itself had an odd, almost square shape. The only positive was that it gave me a good laugh.

The embroidery finish is excellent, and the jacket quality is good too. However, the sizing does not match industry standards; Medium feels like Small, and Large feels like Medium.
